I purchased a tablet in November, several emails later still no fix, so I sent it back, I have emailed at least 5 times asking if they've received the tablet, nothing! It seems the tablets are really cheap for a reason, I too was offered a £20 sweetener to keep the tablet, which would freeze and at best give 16gb of storage from a stated 48gb.
I tried a new certified SanDisk 32gb sd card, my other android tablet had no trouble (purchased from argos) whilst the tablet-world item couldn't work with it I'm going to try and get my money back through my credit card.
It's been 3 months since the item was sent back. Darren
